Lead, Disease State Training

Overview In this role, you will lead disease state training initiatives within the US Field Commercial learning ecosystem, aligning strategy with business priorities and brand goals. You’ll design, develop, and continuously improve disease state curricula to boost field readiness, scientific understanding, and commercial effectiveness. You will collaborate across functions to ensure compliant, impactful learning experiences delivered across multiple formats. Compensation / Benefitsretirement programspaid time offhealth coverage (medical, dental, vision)incentives and bonusesequity-based awards for salaried rolescommissions for sales roles Responsibilities Contribute to disease state training strategy and create a comprehensive onboarding and development roadmap Design, develop, review, facilitate, and continuously improve disease state training materials and experiences Create curricula covering disease education, clinical landscape, patient journey, care standards, treatment paradigms, competitive environment, and healthcare ecosystem Identify capability gaps with cross-functional partners and develop solutions to boost field performance Plan annual learning priorities, timelines, and execution plans aligned with business objectives Deliver high-impact learning experiences (ILT, virtual, self-directed, digital) using adult learning principles Ensure training enables compliant, confident customer engagement by field teams Build structured learning journeys for onboarding and ongoing capability growth Coordinate with Commercial, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Regulatory to ensure content accuracy and enterprise alignment Ensure compliance and quality through Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes as needed Track training completion and pharmacovigilance-related training for audit readiness Measure training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and data to drive improvement Conduct field observations and leadership engagement to align content with learner needs Collaborate with external vendors for design, development, and delivery of training materials Share best practices and introduce innovative training approaches to evolve the department Report pharmacovigilance events discussed during training and embed compliance in all activities Key requirementsRN required 6-10 years in pharmaceutical industry Experience in training, commercial learning, or disease state education Proven ability to translate scientific and business strategies into scalable learning Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple priorities Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Experience with Power Point, Word, Excel; virtual training via Zoom/Microsoft Teams; LMS/content management Independent, proactive problem-solver able to navigate ambiguity Strong understanding of adult learning principles and compliant training in pharma Office-based role with computer, communication, and collaboration requirementsstrong communicationstakeholder managementadaptability Power Point Word Excel
