Senior Product Designer, Growth Experiences

Overview In this role you will own the design of Stash’s growth loops, shaping in-product referrals, milestones, and shareable moments to drive sustainable, organic user growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft trusted, engaging experiences for first-time investors, balancing user well-being with growth goals. You’ll bring a strong visual and behavioral design approach to storytelling that makes progress feel tangible and worth sharing.
