Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 3

Overview You will develop and implement maintenance, IT, and SA training for the Ground Control System as part of UMCS/MQ-25. You’ll partner with pilots, engineers, and technicians to design courseware and ensure effective operator readiness. The role blends instructional design with system knowledge to deliver training in classroom and ship/shore environments. This opportunity lets you shape how complex military systems are taught and understood, impacting mission readiness and total systems success. Compensation / Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Flexible work arrangements 401(k) match Paid time off Holidays Parental Leave Responsibilities Develop maintenance, IT and SA training requirements and create courseware for GCS integration within UMCS/MQ-25 Provide subject matter expertise to support, brief, and train customer personnel on GCS capabilities and operations Collaborate with AVPs, engineers, and simulation techs to design, implement, evaluate, and document training and technical publications Apply multimedia tools and modern training development techniques to produce applicable courseware Apply ISD methodology and the courseware development process Perform system analyses (integration, verification/validation, supportability, effectiveness) for total systems Provide system familiarization, installation, and operational training in classroom and ship/shore environments Key requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline Experience operating and maintaining Ground Command and Control Systems and support equipment Experience developing, planning, and facilitating training Experience maintaining and troubleshooting networks and computers Active Comp Tia Sec+ certificationeffective communicationcollaboration across cross-functional teamstechnical writing and briefing Ground Command and Control Systems (GCS)information technology and network maintenancesystem integration, verification and validation
