Overview In this Senior Product Designer role, you shape AI-enabled product development with a cross-functional team, guiding design from concept to scalable, production-ready experiences. You will lead design for AI-assisted workflows, maintain a robust design system, and ensure accessible, high-quality UI across web and mobile. You’ll balance user needs with business goals while mentoring others and upholding responsible AI practices. Compensation / Benefitshealth, dental and vision coverage starting Day Onewellbeing programsretirement plans with matchinggenerous time offparental leavecontinuing education and career growth opportunities Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design for AI-enabled product initiatives within the PDLCTranslate user needs, business goals and requirements into scalable frameworks and prototypes Guide AI-assisted design workflows in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Enablement Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and ease of implementation Champion accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA standards across experiences Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Research and Content teams Leverage AI to accelerate ideation, exploration and delivery while ensuring human oversight Lead design critiques, set quality standards, and mentor team members on AI-assisted design Key requirements Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Design, Figma Make, Figma Design Agent (or similar AI tools)Proven ability to design and deliver product experiences for web and mobile with AI-native workflows Strong user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and typography Experience in motion design or micro-interactions Experience building and scaling design systems with governance and handoff proficiency Advanced proficiency in Figma (variables, auto-layout, prototyping, component libraries)Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS, React)Benefits administration or user research/testing experience is a pluscollaboration with cross-functional teamsability to navigate ambiguitymentorship and coaching Claude/AI design tools Figma and related AI-enabled features Design systems governance
