Overview In this Creative Services Co-Op, you will support the Content team to extend editorial capacity and ensure content is accurate and production-ready. You will work with experienced colleagues to develop content at scale and prepare assets for multi-channel use. The role emphasizes editorial quality, brand voice, and organized content governance. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to messaging, audience alignment, and integrated creative planning within a collaborative, busy environment. Compensation / Benefits Health care Retirement benefits Well-being programs Commuter benefits Responsibilities Extend content capacity by adapting approved source material under guidance Support content development with messaging, audience alignment, and brand voice Assist editorial reviews and production readiness across formats and channels Contribute to content research, source material review, and QACollaborate with content, design, and video/photo teams for integrated development Organize narrative flow and channel considerations within editorial workflows Apply brand voice principles and content standards to ensure consistency Key requirements Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Fine Arts, or Creative Writing Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities with attention to detail Working knowledge of AP Style Experience researching, verifying information, and organizing source material Experience managing multiple assignments and deadlines with clear communication At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office Applications Strong writing and editing Attention to detail Time management and deadline disciplineAP Style Microsoft Office Applications Content management familiarity
