Training Manager, Biotronik NEURO

Overview As Training Manager for BIOTRONIK Neuro, you’ll design and implement education programs that advance field sales, clinical support, and customer-facing training. You’ll develop in-depth product, therapy, and process training while supporting new-hire certification and mentoring for trainers. You’ll align initiatives with department and corporate goals, crafting content across sessions, online modules, and workshops. You’ll monitor performance metrics to strengthen the sales organization and contribute to a global training partnership. Responsibilities Lead development and rollout of education programs aligned with department activities and corporate goals Create and curate training content (presentations, lectures, online modules) on BIOTRONIK Neuro products and therapies Guide field trainers and oversee certification progress of new hires Maintain product/therapy expertise and stay informed on competitor landscape Provide instructional support for education programs and facilitate sessions Develop training and certification requirements for field employees Contribute to policies, procedures, and a formal certification manual Build performance-improvement capabilities and metrics to support sales advantage Support global training partnerships Key requirementsBA/BS in Learning, Biology, Health Science, Engineering, Nursing, or equivalent work experience 5 years of field clinical/sales experience in Medical Device or Complex Pharmaceutical Industry Experience in developing and leading technical training initiatives Attention to detail Self-motivated Autonomous work style Adult learning theory Instructional design Facilitation
