Overview In this role you support Goldman Sachs’ HCM Strategy by leading transformational initiatives that enhance the employee experience and drive automation benefits. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, integrating change management to ensure adoption and impact. You work closely with cross‑functional teams across HR and the firm to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
