Manager, Advisory Services

Overview In this Advisory Services role, you will lead and manage multiple consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and related clients. You will guide project teams, shape strategic recommendations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will apply your experience to identify alternatives, develop client reports, and contribute to reusable intellectual property. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and opportunities to influence patient outcomes through strategic life sciences initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as primary client contact for pharma/biotech clients Lead project teams in design, development, and delivery of client deliverables Provide direction and intellectual leadership to clients and teams Identify strategic alternatives to client questions using business acumen Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction Contribute to development of intellectual property for future engagements Oversee development and delivery of client reports and presentations Share expertise to elevate capabilities for world-class solutions Lead internal work streams on people-related issues like recruitment, training, and team development Key requirements Extensive consulting experience in pharma/healthcare with visible career progression Knowledge of current market developments in pharma/healthcare 2+ years PM experience on strategic life sciences projects Experience leading presentations, meetings, and workshops Proven ability to manage large/multiple projects with quality outcomes Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams Experience building relationships with senior managers/executives in pharma/healthcare Strong interpersonal communication across teams to achieve goals Ability to contribute to business development through leads and proposals Interpersonal communication Leadership Cross-functional collaboration Project management Stakeholder management Business development
