Technical Learning Experience & Delivery

Overview In this role you design and scale technical learning experiences to prepare Builders to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions. You will shape learning strategy, curriculum architecture, and content, translating complex concepts into practical, hands-on experiences. You’ll work with Product, CoE, SMEs, and field practitioners to ensure relevance and accuracy. A portion of time is dedicated to direct delivery to keep curriculum aligned with real-world Builder needs. This is an opportunity to influence technical enablement across a global organization. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental, visionmental health supportpaid parental leavelife and disability insurance 401(k)employee stock purchasing program Responsibilities Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles and proficiency expectations Develop onboarding, ongoing technical development, and product readiness curricula Translate AI, product, architecture, data, and engineering concepts into structured learning Define objectives, sequencing, and proficiency expectations for curricula Create modular, scalable learning experiences adaptable as products evolve Collaborate with Product & Field Readiness on competency frameworks, assessments, and certifications Establish technical learning standards and reusable curriculum patterns Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced curricula, workshops, demos, and exercises Partner with SMEs to ensure curriculum accuracy and field relevance Incorporate customer scenarios and implementation best practices into learning Maintain curriculum with changing Salesforce products and AI capabilities Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate curriculum development and maintenance Integrate hands-on labs, sandboxes, simulations, and capstones into learning journeys Design progression from concept to practice to proficiency Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and enable instructors to deliver effectively Develop instructor guides, facilitation materials, playbooks, and resources Establish instructor readiness criteria and delivery standards Coach instructors on facilitation, engagement, and troubleshooting Scale a faculty enablement model across regions and cohorts Deliver selected Builder Bootcamps, workshops, and deep-dives as needed Validate curriculum through delivery and identify improvement opportunities Model strong technical facilitation and delivery practices Maintain credibility and curriculum quality through hands-on delivery Support learners with live technical coaching as needed Ensure delivery aligns with product and customer problem-solving realities Operate as a non-full-time instructor with a focus on quality and credibility Key requirements Strong technical foundation in software, AI, data, and enterprise tech concepts Experience designing technical curricula or developer education Ability to create hands-on, application-focused learning experiences Strong curriculum architecture and learning design capabilities Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning Proven instructor-led training and facilitation skills Ability to run Train-the-Trainer programs and enable instructors Comfort with live demonstrations and troubleshooting in real-time Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Enablement, and field teams Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving AI/product environment Strong customer and learner empathy and talent development passion Experience in working with global audiences Commitment to continuous improvement based on feedback and data Collaborative and cross-functional communication Strong presentation and storytelling abilities Learner-centric empathy and coaching mindset Technical curriculum design Hands-on technical learning (labs, challenges, capstones)Train-the-Trainer program delivery
