Compensation / Benefits 401K matchingpaid parental leave (12 weeks)tuition assistancetrainingGM employee auto discountcommunity service pay Responsibilities Lead and mentor a talented software engineering team to deliver customer-focused solutions Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineers to implement new applications Drive design, development, testing, and support across the full stack with emphasis on frontend and middleware Manage third-party staff augmentation, aligning budgets, timelines, and skills Conduct design and code reviews to ensure standards and quality Foster continuous delivery and end-to-end ownership of applications Escalate complex issues while resolving routine conflicts Define and evangelize enterprise policies, standards, and positions Encourage innovation, cutting-edge tech, and inclusive, collaborative culture Grow subject matter experts to build resilient, scalable, and secure software Modernize existing tech stacks and explore automation opportunities across internal teams Key requirements 10+ years in software development 5–7 years leading projects or initiatives through influence High School Diploma or equivalent and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent Proficiency in Java, Java Script, Type Script, and Adobe Experience Manager development Strong understanding of client-server architecture, web technologies, and full-stack delivery Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, and Git Hub tooling Ability to design maintainable and scalable systems Excellent collaboration and relationship-building with leadership and teams Experience delivering consumer-facing software products Comfort with Agile environments and modern software delivery practicescollaborationcommunicationinfluence and leadership Java Java Script Type Script
