Machine Learning Engineer (Clearance Sponsorship)

Overview In this role you will design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize enterprise IT operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable ML applications, deploy models in production, and improve automation and insights. Compensation / Benefitsflexible time offrobust learning resourceshealthcareretirementcontinuing educationtime off benefits Responsibilities Develop and maintain ML pipelines and applications in Python using modern ML frameworks Integrate and optimize large language models (LLMs) in production environments Create RESTful APIs and microservices to serve ML models Write clean, well-documented, object-oriented code Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Manage training data, model artifacts, and application state with SQL/NoSQL/Vector databases Containerize ML applications with Docker for consistent deployment Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews Test and debug ML applications to ensure reliability and accuracy Support deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in cloud environments Stay current with ML trends, LLMs, and best practices Key requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field with 5 years of professional experience Strong Python proficiency; solid OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms Experience with Git, Docker, and database management (SQL and/or NoSQL)Knowledge of LLM technologies and orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph)Understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate)Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills Eligibility to obtain Active TS/SCI clearance with Polystrong communicationdetail-orientedeagerness to learn Python Object-oriented programming Git version control
