Profound is seeking a People Partner to support its Go-to-Market org from our NYC office. You will work closely with GTM leadership to build the people strategy, programs, and policies that enable scalable growth across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM Operations.
You will act as a trusted advisor across the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, org design, and coaching, while collaborating with Compensation, Benefits, People Ops, Legal, and Talent
