Overview As a UX Designer on the application development team, you will shape internal platforms and tools for a global organization. You will partner with research and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover pain points, map journeys, and craft scalable design systems. You’ll own end-to-end design—from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes—while ensuring consistency with brand standards and handoff readiness. This remote, long-term opportunity offers scope to mentor peers and influence design strategy across global initiatives. Compensation / Benefitsremote work Responsibilities Lead design and redesign of internal platforms and tools with design leadership and stakeholders Plan and analyze user research to uncover employee pain points and workflow challenges Develop personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints for internal systems Create intuitive interfaces for global tech initiatives and align with project objectives Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; provide detailed annotations for development handoff Create and manage scalable design systems within Figma; maintain consistency across assets Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, patterns, and style guides Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design language consistency; iterate with feedback Mentor junior designers; lead workshops and advocate for user-centered design principles Deliverables include requirements documentation, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, UX artifacts, research findings, and design governance Key requirements Bachelor in UX/UI Design or related field (or equivalent practical experience)3–5 years of UX/UI design experience Proficiency in Figma and prototyping Experience designing B2B, AI-driven, or platform-based experiences is a plus Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams Experience creating user journey maps and workflows Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with Power BI, Share Point, and Confluence is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)strong communicationcollaboration in cross-functional teamsmentorship Figmawireframingprototyping
