Senior Marketing Specialist - SFMC

Overview In this role you drive SFMC-based campaigns to support acquisition, loyalty and retention initiatives. You will design and implement transactional, lifecycle, and promotional emails, with a strong emphasis on data-driven personalization and automation. You’ll work closely with the team to document features, review work, and build insightful reports. This remote position offers a chance to shape how diagnostics information reaches and supports patients and physicians. Responsibilities Develop and implement SFMC marketing campaigns (transactional, lifecycle, promotional)Design and code AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, APIs, and personalized email templates Build and manage Automation Journeys, SMS, and Cloud Pages Collaborate on data-driven decision making, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Document features and conduct peer reviews across the team Create out-of-the-box and custom SFMC reports using Cloud Pages Support recurring and ad-hoc consumer marketing sends Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration Key requirements 9-10 years of hands-on SFMC experience Strong API, SQL, Ampscript, and personalized email template development Data-driven experience and automation expertise Bachelor’s degree Proficiency with SFMC, Jira, Confluence, SQL tools, scripting (Java Script, AMPscript, SSJS) and data analytics/visualization tools Intermediate or Advanced competency levelanalytical thinkingproblem-solvingcollaboration Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)AMPscriptSSJS
