Overview In this role you drive large, data-informed programs that align executive strategy with technical delivery. You’ll lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, define scope and OKRs, and secure resources to scale pre-launch testing across Google. You’ll build scalable tooling to fuse user insights into the development lifecycle, balancing speed with long-term resilience. You will partner with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to navigate constraints and enable impactful product outcomes. Compensation / Benefitsbonus targetequitybenefits Responsibilities Lead complex program charters with scope, OKRs, and resourcing Strategize with cross-functional partners to prioritize objectives and optimize executive communications Implement scalable tooling to integrate user insights into the development lifecycle Evaluate engineering feasibility, milestones, and resourcing for technical initiatives Lead organizational pivots and change management initiatives with ongoing process improvements Support cross-functional and cross-organizational workflows to enable scaled pre-launch testing across Google Develop technical analysis, tools, and processes to support research and engineering execution Balance current speed with long-term resilience in tooling and processes Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience 6 years of experience with SQL or NoSQL databases 6 years of programming experience (Python, Java, or Java Script)Experience troubleshooting technical issues and program management within a technical organization Proficiency in continuous improvement and stakeholder management Clear communication and alignment of goals across teams Planning and organizing ambiguous projects into long-term objectives Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)Programming languages (Python, Java, Java Script)AI knowledge and applying AI to improve programs
