AI Integration Software Engineer - Associate

Overview In this Data & Analytics Engineering role, you will help shape the GenAI and data analytics strategy and deliver scalable backend services. You will work within a cross-functional team to build and integrate AI-enabled data solutions, supporting decision-making and data access across the firm. The role combines hands-on software engineering with data platform and AI/LLM integration in a client-facing consulting environment. You will contribute to platforms like Dai Zy and enterprise AI initiatives, delivering measurable impact at scale. Develop distributed microservices with token-based authentication and RBAC.Integrate internal apps with third-party systems, external APIs, and Snowflake for data access, transformation, and integration. Create LLM-powered features including model APIs, prompt workflows, structured outputs, and retrieval-based applications (RAG).Write clean, modular, secure code with unit, integration, and automated tests; participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and production issues. Collaborate with architects, engineers, data teams, product owners, and clients; translate requirements into implementation plans and thorough technical documentation. Key requirements 3–5 years of software development or consulting experience. Strong Python proficiency with FastAPI, Flask, or Django; working knowledge of Node.js/Type Script. Solid REST API design, microservices, authentication, and service-to-service integration. Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing. Hands-on Snowflake experience (data migration, querying, and app integration).Proficiency integrating LLMs via hosted model APIs or enterprise AI platforms. Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
