Manager, Strategic Planning

Overview In this role you will drive cross-functional strategic programs to support Oscar’s mission of transforming health care through a data-driven, technology-enabled platform. You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to plan, implement, and monitor initiatives that align with department and company goals. You will mentor teammates, manage change, and ensure compliant, on-time delivery, delivering measurable impact for members and operations. This is a remote position with potential hybrid elements in the future, offering meaningful work in a fast-paced, healthcare environment.
