Software Engineering - Fullstack Developer, AVP

Overview In this role you collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver modern technology solutions. You will work on complex applications using Java, React, and cloud‑native stacks, integrating on‑premises with vendor systems. You will help implement continuous delivery pipelines and strengthen security, performance, and UX. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive health and wellness benefitsretirement planseducational assistance and training programspaid maternity and parental bonding leavepaid vacation, sick days, and holidaysdiscretionary performance-based bonus and incentive compensation Responsibilities Design and develop applications using Java, React, REST, microservices, MQ, AWS/Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins Provide technical guidance focusing on user experience, security, and performance Ensure and improve continuous delivery pipelines with automated tests and performance validations Sustain and enhance application functionality, performance, and security Coordinate and support third‑party software integrations Deliver end‑to‑end data pipelines and CI/CD for application delivery Work with distributed, multi‑tier systems and databases (Oracle, SQL Server) Key requirements 3+ years in design/development of enterprise applications and integrations 4–6 years in full stack development (front-end/UI, Micro Services, API, JPA, SQL, MQ)3+ years with React, Angular, Java Script/Type Script, CSS, HTML3+ years deploying on Open Shift, Kubernetes, AWS/Cloud 2–3 years with messaging systems (MQ, Kafka)3–5 years delivering Agile/RAID/Waterfall software projects Experience with third‑party vendor integrations and data pipelines Strong communication skills and team collaboration Banking/financial services experience preferredstrong written and verbal communicationteam playeradaptable and collaborative Java React Angular
