Global Onboarding Lead

Overview In this role you will own and optimize the global onboarding experience to enable new hires to impact from day one. You will lead a cross-functional initiative within the Talent & Learning team to scale Base Camp across all global cohorts, ensuring a consistent, high-quality program. You’ll design curricula, manage logistics and tooling, and apply data to drive continuous improvement. You will actively explore AI-enabled learning to accelerate content lifecycle and impact, while partnering with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to tailor experiences at scale. This is a chance to shape how Klaviyo embeds new talent and leaders into its culture and mission, delivering a high-touch,高 Compensation / Benefitsbase salary 124,000–186,000 USDannual cash bonusequitysign-on paymentscomprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefitstravel up to 10% Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of Base Camp for global cohorts, ensuring consistency and scalability Build and maintain program infrastructure (schedules, facilitator guides, logistics, tooling, vendor relations)Track program health with qualitative/quantitative data and drive improvements Design and maintain onboarding curriculum across live, async, and digital modalities Apply AI tools across the content lifecycle for faster, more impactful learning Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content accurate and up-to-date Build relationships with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding scope, timing, and priorities; align partners around a unified experience Design and deliver onboarding experiences for executives and senior leaders with tailored materials Use AI to automate workflows, surface insights, and scale high-touch experiences Key requirements 8+ years in program management, L&D, or people programs Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs globally Strong content development and instructional design skills, with curriculum-building across multiple modalities Proficiency in using AI as a core part of work and learning design Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams Clear, confident communicator with ability to facilitate learning sessions and influence stakeholders Curious, data-driven, and able to translate insights into improvements Comfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments Interest in AI and learning technology; interest in staying at the edge of new tools and approaches Strong collaborator with a team-first mindset and ability to model Klaviyo valuescollaborationclear communicationdata-driven decision makinginstructional designcurriculum developmentmultimodal learning design (live, async, digital)
