Senior Marketing Specialist, Audience Strategy

Overview As Sr. Analyst on the enterprise marketing team, you partner to advance Brand Enterprise objectives by applying research and strategy to omni-channel activations that grow revenue. You will influence store and company-wide branding while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful marketing programs. This role emphasizes ownership of work streams, data-driven insights, and communicating progress to business owners. You’ll work in a leading retailer environment at speed and shape enterprise marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Optimization and tracking of ongoing marketing needs, budget reconciliation, and process improvements as a critical conduit for internal and external partners Planning, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies and activations (brand awareness campaigns, events, partner programs) to drive traffic and sales, in collaboration with audience strategy leads Research and tools: develop insights and tools to translate analytics into actionable results, oversee marketing reporting, and communicate campaign performance and effectiveness to stakeholders Key requirements 3+ years of marketing experience Data-driven decision making and analytical capabilities Experience creating custom reporting tools and processes Budget tracking experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel Prior marketing or agency account management experience Ability to manage large, detailed projects to tight timelines Bachelor in a related field or equivalent degree Self-directed Detail oriented Highly organized Power Point Excel Marketing analytics
