EPM Senior Consultant

Overview In this role you will collaborate with Keyrus colleagues to design, implement, and optimize complex Anaplan planning models. You will work with clients to translate requirements into technical designs and ensure solutions meet business needs on time and within budget. You will train end-users, document models, and stay current with Anaplan updates and best practices. Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and design sessions with client SMEs to map processes and identify gaps Translate business needs into technical designs, documentation, and configurations Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions aligned to client timelines and budgets Maintain client focus and drive consensus on project decisions Provide end-user training and user adoption support Document Anaplan models and configurations for knowledge transfer Deliver demonstrations to executives and business users Stay current with Anaplan platform updates and share best practices Key requirements Background in business/financial/multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, BI, or consulting Proven Anaplan experience: design, implementation, optimization 2–3 years minimum implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan Technical knowledge for software implementations: data mapping, validation, security/configuration, UAT, and system integration testing Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills Experience in a structured requirements gathering and system design environment Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience English fluency and proficiency in Spanish or Portugueseeffective communicationorganizational and prioritization skillsclient focus and ownership AnaplanIBM TM1/PAOracle Hyperion
