Sales Training and Development Coordinator – Automotive Lending

Overview In this role you will orchestrate onboarding and ongoing sales training in a fast-growing fintech, supporting the field sales team. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to align training calendars with business goals. Compensation / Benefitshealth benefits 401(k) matchgenerous PTObonus: 10K performance-based Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end training logistics for onboarding and learning tracks Maintain trainee progress records and monitor LMS for compliance Guard data integrity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and auditing entries Organize training materials, playbooks, and e-learning content; update to reflect product/market changes Assist in delivering onboarding sessions and building product knowledge and competitive positioning Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to calendar training aligned with risk parameters and regional goals Key requirements 1+ years in coordination, operations, or administrative role in sales enablement, HR, or corporate training Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and instructional technology/LMS platforms Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple calendars and assets Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally Adaptable, self-motivated; comfortable in a rapid-scale environment with proactive problem-solvingstrong communicationcollaborationdetail-oriented SalesforceLMS platformsinstructional content management
