FPGA Devops Engineer

Overview In this role you will perform system-wide log analysis to identify and fix issues affecting embedded infrastructure. You will collaborate with multiple developers to chase down root causes across diverse systems and apply fixes in Python and TCL scripted environments. You will leverage Linux tools and automation to streamline troubleshooting and improve reliability. The position focuses on platform testing for embedded systems, contributing to robust tooling and test processes. This is a hands-on role that combines debugging, scripting, and cross-team communication to drive quality. Responsibilities Analyze logs across multiple systems to diagnose errors Chase down root causes and implement fixes in Python/TCL scripted infrastructure Leverage Linux tools (grep, find, dmesg, tail, cat) for efficient troubleshooting Automate complex text operations (regex, search/replace) and support scripting needs Engage with developers across the organization to communicate findings and coordinate fixes Contribute to platform testing for embedded systems and improve tooling and processes Key requirements Proficiency with Linux command-line tools (grep, find, dmesg, tail, cat)Experience with Python and TCL scripting; Bash scripting for quick tasks Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across multiple systems Good communication and cross-team collaboration abilities Ability to automate text processing and regular expressionsstrong communicationcross-team collaborationproblem-solving mindset Linux CLIPythonTCL scripting
