We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Service Advisor. We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including teller transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance and promoting products and services.- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.- Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance.- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.- Promote products and services to meet member needs.- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.- High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available- Customer service experience is a plus.- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.- Competitive salary and benefits.- Opportunities for career growth.- Supportive team environment.
