Operations Training Manager

Job Summary:Seeking a Training Manager to lead training and development programs within a manufacturing environment, supporting managers, supervisors, and technical/hourly employees. Key Responsibilities:Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans. Design, coordinate, and deliver employee training programs. Track and evaluate training effectiveness and performance metrics. Develop training manuals, presentations, testing, and learning materials. Partner with management to align training with business and operational needs. Manage training budgets, vendors, and external training resources. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in training processes. Support onboarding and new employee orientation.
