Senior Data Scientist, Software Engineering

Overview In this role you will design and implement advanced ML solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, integrating them into embedded hardware and cloud-based MLOps pipelines. You’ll work across data pipelines, model development, and end-to-end deployment to enable real-time, reliable AI-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure software and ML systems, shaping R&D and production optimization. The role offers hands-on technical leadership in ML, MLOps, and software integration, with a focus on impact and execution. Compensation / Benefitshybrid work option Responsibilities Design and implement ML-based solutions (including image classification and waveform models)Develop embedded software components integrating ML into hardware for real-time performance Architect end-to-end MLOps pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, training, deployment, monitoring)Integrate labeling systems and manage data stores with lineage and governance Build robust data pipelines for large-scale processing and feature engineering Develop web-based apps for data visualization, configuration, and control of ML solutions Create automated data cleansing, anomaly detection, and signal interpretation methods Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define experiments, validation plans, and metrics Implement CI/CD for ML applications and ensure secure, scalable deployment Provide technical leadership and communicate insights to stakeholders Key requirements Experience designing and implementing ML solutions including image classification and waveform models Proficiency in Python for data science and ML development Experience with embedded software programming (C++ and OOP), web apps, and databases Experience integrating ML components into production environments with scalable performance Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and workflow automation for MLExperience with Docker (or Podman) and Kubernetes Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions from embedded to cloud with security and compliance Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies Bachelor in Data Science, Computer Science or closely related field and at least 2 years of related experiencecross-functional collaborationtechnical leadershipcommunication of complex insights Python for data scienceC++ and OOPweb application development
